Zulfiya Kochorbaeva, director of the "Agency of Social Technologies" Public Association, noted that the NGOs mentioned have long had good relations in the framework of civil election observation, and the signing of the memorandum was a logical continuation of this practice.
"In fact, cooperation between our organizations began back in the run-up to the 2020 parliamentary elections. We have already made joint statements on a number of topical issues. We hope that the signing of the memorandum will allow us to make wider use of our opportunities for cooperation, as there are still many unresolved issues in the field of elections," summarized Aida Suyundueva, chairman of the Common Cause Public Foundation.
