Common Cause: Information on the revealed violations at 13.00

On the voting day at the repeated elections of deputies of city keneshes in the cities of Bishkek, Osh and Tokmok, as of 13:00, observers of the public foundation "Common Cause" recorded 22 violations:

1. 13 in Bishkek
2. 9 Osh.

In Bishkek recorded:

• 6 facts of procedural violations during opening of polling stations.
• 4 facts of violation of the secrecy of voting (including photo and video of the ballot).
• 2 facts of vote-buying.
• 1 fact of tracking the voter list by a representative of a political party.

In Osh recorded:

• 5 facts of procedural violations during the opening of  polling stations.
• 2 facts of tracking the voter list and voting procedure by the representative of the parties.
• 2 facts of the presence of unauthorized persons at the PEC.

No violations were recorded in Tokmok.
