We are currently conducting full observation in Bishkek and Osh cities and limited observation in the cities of regional significance.
We need extra support to strengthen independent observation on election day in Tokmok, Naryn, Talas, Karakol, Jalal-Abad, Batken, and Kaindy. To achieve this, we need to collect at least 300,000 soms within 10 days.
The process of forming election funds of candidates for the office of President of Kyrgyzstan should be open and public, and the spending should be transparent, which will increase voters' confidence in the elections. Such recommendations are contained in the Common Cause PF's report on the results of nonpartisan observation of the early presidential election held on January 10, which was presented during the round table on March 10.

These recommendations are contained in the Final Report on the results of observation of preparations and conduct of the early presidential election of the Kyrgyz Republic, held on January 10, 2021.
Observers note the lack of inclusion of a large number of voters, lack of competition between candidates, unequal campaigning conditions, low turnout, procedural and serious irregularities in the early presidential elections.
